Palmela Pousada is located in the village castle, incorporated with the convent cloisters. Located on top of an imposing hill, it offers one of the most impressive panoramic views in the area.

By Car (from the A2):
- From whichever direction you arrive, take the Palmela exit then turn left.
- At the end of the road you will reach some traffic lights.
- Turn right here and then left at the first opportunity.
- Continue straight on up the hill until you reach the top of the village.
- The Pousada hotel is situated inside Palmela castle.
